Approve Notary for Chicago Title

I am an approved notary for Chicago Title and want to make sure I remain on the list. When my commission renews do I remain on the list? The original escrow officer that put me on the list is no longer with Chicago. Does anybody know who I can contact to update my information. I have tried our local branch but can never get past the receptionist. Since the escrow officer I knew left Chicago, I have not done any signings at their office, but I do get a lot of calls directly from lenders and brokers who found me on the list.

When approved you should have received a letter stating your approval. And if your getting phone calls from other companies ask them who to contact so you remain on list?????

It is your responsibility to keep them updated with your commission renewals, E&O, etc. In my area, it is the administrative assistant that handles this information. Good luck.
