Texas Dept of Pulic Safety, Drivers' License Div are in the process of changing the receipt they issue when applying for or renewing driver's license.
It ias now a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of copy paper with the infor and a printed copy of the applicants picture (not color but blacka nd white with gray tones).
I just saw my 1st this AM and check with DPS. This may not be appearing all over the state at once but will be in the future.
This should help you in IDing in your Notary clients.
