Beware of MortgageDocs.com
Never worked with them until December 09. They paid quickly for the first signing to sucker me into taking four more signings. Invoices are over 70 days and counting. My emails are answered with, "we are behind", "your check is going out this week", blah, blah, blah.
The Fresno County Small Claims courthouse is only a two hour drive. I know how to appear there.
Their address on SC is a resident up for sale for $850,000. See link below.

I did click on the link - it reminds me of a flipper house decked out by a stager to be sold.
I have been in houses like this where there is a sofa bed, huge tv, lots of phones, fax machines, etc. and nothing else throughout the rest of the house. Purely investment. That is the reason for my questions. Valid questions.
