Interesting -

Must be something in your settings - I'm having no problems. Anyway, you got the right printer...the HL-5370DW. The 360 degree tour (short video) tells of the 2 add on trays, and I forgot to mention duplexing, since it is not important to me.

The reviews on CNET are only 1 1/2 stars. Customer Service could tell me nothing about trays.

Extra trays you would have to get from Brother I would guess.

I only posted this as a start point for someone else in the market to consider. I do not do the research unless I am in the market for one. I do not recommend anything unless I fully state that I love it, for example.

Brother's are easy to refill yourself; the drums do go out eventually, but every time one replaces an HP cartridge, they are buying a new drum built into the product. That is one difference.

What I don't like about Brother printers is that you have to replace the drum at some point. That is why I started using HP. Seems like lots of people use Brother. Just wondering the pros. I am looking for a good small printer for my car.

Eventually you do replace the drum, yes.... but I'll admit.... I've never done it. I've used Brother printers for years and have never replaced a drum. I don't see degradation in the printing, either. I've had the drum light come on once.... but I just reset it, and it kept on going.

Also, as mentioned above...when you buy HP toners, you're replacing the drum each and every time. It's actually MUCH less expensive to run a Brother than an HP

I have the Brother 5250's and they work fine. I do have to replace the drums eventually. The toner "scratches" the roller. After the scratches, I get black streaks on the printed pages. Before, that stage, I use cotton balls and rubbing alcohol to clean the drum. I also have the Brother intellifax that I after 3 years of use, I am replacing the drum. I have had the best luck with LD products...... drums and toner.

Sorry about the grammer mistake on the above post, my dog just hit the enter key before I got a change to proof.

I have this printer, it's awesome! Brother 5370 dual tray

Although I paid more than that for it. I've had no problems. It is a bit loud, but so efficient.
