What does your state tell you you can charge? Does your state have a handbook? I would suggest you look there first. If not, call your Secretary of State's office and ask them.

Thanks for the advice, I just got a call today and priced mt service call for a deed transfer, and they said will call back, and never did, so I may have been to high.
