DFS posting on craigslist
Dynamic Field Solutions has called/emailed me 4 times since Friday to do a closing for them tonight, which I turned down 4 times thanks to their 1.5 star rating in Signing Central. Coincidentally, I was just searching on Craigslist this afternoon and came across an ad for "Loan Signing Agent - Mobile Notary." Says they pay $65 per assignment (ha!) and "performance bonuses for every 10 signings completed without any issues". Guess who the job poster is....DFS!
Sounds like all the signing agents in my area are smart enough to stay away from this co. so they have to try to get notaries that don't know any better. Wish the title co's would just call directly
