Docs had wrong date
How many times do you verify the date on the docs before leaving for a closing. Was in a rush - UPS package did not show up and they emailed docs to me. Printed and out the door to my appointment. Get there and they are dated for today 2/12, not yesterday 2/11. I could not reach anyone on the phone from TC to clarify what they wanted me to do so I had her line thru and initial the dates on docs being notarized - I had to change my notary blocks. They did approve it but who knows if the lender will go for it.

Since this was first posted earlier this morning
I believe the signing was yesterday, 2/11 - not today, 2/12....at least that's how I read it.

As long as your notary block has the date the notarization
took place, that is all that matters. I think it was Chase Bank a few years ago that always had their loan docs dated AFTER the signing date but again, as long as we date our notary certificate with the date we notarize the document, that is what matters.
