I've worked with Final Link Signing Services out of Cypress, CA for the last few years and I've NEVER had a problem receiving payments within 30 days. I do agree that sometimes the loan packages seem to be huge but Final Link isn't responsible for creating these documents, FINAL LINK IS A SIGNING AGENCY and therefore is the middleman - so it seems unfair to blame Final Link for how many loan documents we receive. I enjoy working with Mazen and his entire team at Final Link - they are good people who always do right by me.

FINAL LINK SIGNINGS
Hello.. My reasoning for this post is to enlighten notaries on my experience with Final Link Signing. I have working as an independent contracted notary for about 3yrs now. I have yet to have a problem with there procedures. The documents that I usually have to print are standard documents. Which I haven't found any issues with them as well. I'd like to add that every order that I receive from FLS, The clients/borrowers are well informed so it make my job that much easier. Moreover, I have never had any issue with receiving my payment, as long as you get you invoice in on time. Which I do make sure of this, because I have had my issues with other companies. Final Link Signing is one of the top companies that I prefer to work with.
