Final Link signings.

Has anyone done a closing for this co. I accepted a closing from them without looking at the deabeat list. There is a question mark after name. any info would help. Thanks.

They owe me for one signing in December still. I've been paid for others I did, but very slow to pay, and I had to keep bugging them (and". To which they responded with "are you threatening us now?". No threats, just the next step in recovering my payment. I will not do any more signings for them. It takes more time to collect my payment than it does to do the loan signing.

Don't know how that post got messed up....meant to say that I finally had to tell them I was contacting escrow if I didn't receive my check by the end of the week. They considered that a threat.
