I can tell you this.....

If you feel they owe you money and they disagree.... they wont return your call in the promised 2 hours.

These jokers booked my time on a Saturday, sent the docs to another notary.... and haven't payed me a dime.

They obviously were playing both of us.

I don't know of even a few companies that pay for "lost" appointments if you haven't made the trip: late cancellations, no dox ... or, in your case, mis-directed dox. This happens more and more frequently nowadays. Like most of us, you'll just have to chalk it up as a "cost" of doing business.
