for a Reverse Mortgage closing from Nations Direct. Borrower has the docs, lots of faxbacks, for $40. Of course I turned it down but just wondering who took this job.

That's why I have Nations Direct coded as SPAM in my phone. I don't even waste my breath talking to them.
