Funny thing, in the video, Nicky has been dodge by his debtor only 3 weeks. We here on Notary Rotary notaries deal with collecting past due 90 days, 120 days or 6 months or longer. The money is funded after the 3 days on a refi, you should have you money no later then Net 30. Personally when I have an account past due 90, I start putting the pressure hard. If the account is 120 day late, I will visit them.....I don't care were, I will fly there personally and I will collect. There is no Judge in the USA that will deny our payment for work done. Just keep all past e-mails and all conversations to prove. I always get paid. I have friend who are in the collection business that has given me tips how to collect and it’s paid off. Collecting is all part of being self employed, and if you think they will pay because you are nice, then go get a job. Like Jim Cramer says on Mad Money, "Some people want to make friends; I just want to make money."
