LSI and the weather
If you are waiting for doc's, they are extremely understaffed because of the storm. They sent out a notary alert
To All Signing Agents:
You are probably aware of the severe weather conditions affecting the East Coast including Washington D.C., New York, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to name a few.
The LSI East office in Coraopolis (Pittsburgh area) has been impacted and many employees have been unable to get into the office which resulted in the Scheduling Team / Escrow Teams being temporarily understaffed. Please be patient during this time if you are unable to reach your coordinator by phone or if they are delayed in returning calls or emails. They are expeditiously working on getting the loan documents emailed to you and will answer inquiries as soon as they are able. Please maintain contact with borrowers and advise them of delay.
National Vendor Management Group is assisting our teams with phone coverage. If you have not been contacted for a cancellation or reschedule and you have not received your loan documents you may contact us at (800) 647-1320 or send an email to [e-mail address].

we have an additional 18" on top of the 24" we got Sat.
I'm on the MD DE line where it is still snowing, windy and the drifts in my back yard are 6'. We have been shoveling snow for days and all our hard work is difted over. Spring can't get here soon enough for me. I'm a summer person and I hate snow.

on top of the 8 that we got on Monday. Pictures at 11. No, pictures are on facebook. Add me if you want to see. I am so mentally, physically and spiritually exhausted. But I have six hyachinths ready to bloom (planted in frig in Dec)
