NREIS
Can anyone comment on what is going on with this company? What suggestions do you have for getting paid in a timely manner?

5 year old info, but who knows which business is now supporting which other one? And which will get abandoned? Or not.
Mr. Hvizdak declined to say how much he paid for the building, and documents regarding the transaction were not available from Allegheny County. The building had been listed for $7.2 million by the Downtown office of Jones Lang LaSalle. The asking price included 4.3 acres of undeveloped land, which Mr. Hvizdak also bought. ... Prior to starting his company, Mr. Hvizdak, 46, worked for his brother who ran a title abstract and appraisal management business.
"I studied a lot of successful people," said Mr. Hvizdak, who also owns the Olde Stonewall public golf course in Ellwood City.In addition to the golf course and NREIS, he also owns an oriental rug business, an antiques and art gallery, a jet-leasing business in Zelienople and a resort in the Cotswalds in the United Kingdom.Plus, he recently purchased a closed hotel in New Castle that he is turning into a disaster recovery center that will employ 600.

Lee - how does one say Mr. Hvizdak's name? Is the H silent?

You put a 'c' in front of the 'h' and change to rest of the letters to e a p, I believe.

True, but you'd think that anyone reading the forum would
have got it by now that this co. is having payment issues. I'm not understanding the daily posts.
