NREIS/National Real Estate Information Services/ COUNT

How many and how old invoices do you have? Trying to get a vague count of what kind of scope we are talking here, to determine what we can do next.
I have 2- 45 and 55 days old

I know that we have open invoices from NREIS from 12/09 and 1/10 for the law firm I work for. She bills them monthly. These are for title searches.

they paid me up on 3 invoices outstanding. the most current one was only 3 weeks old. so maybe they are catching up.
just keep the pressure on them. I did.
there was a post last week that gave a ladies name and number in accounting to contact. you need to find that one

In yesterdays NREIS topic I added Andrea Nixons (she is with Vendor mangement) email address. I emailed her yesterday and I received a reply..Checks that are owed to me since Jan have been cut and not sent yet, no reason given as to why they haven't been sent. They are paying slower (used to be every 2 weeks) but they are paying!

I have not had a payment issue and I always seem to get the answers to my emails..I even called Andrea today and she answered right away!!

encouragement. Received check yesterday for 6 signings. 2 were for 1-12-10. The rest were less than 30 days. I was not to the worrying stage. I am sorry to hear that so many have concerns

Our title searcher faxed the overdue invoices to NREIS and someone from Secured Lending Services called her back and said they had no record of these invoices. That's funny...don't do they the auto pay thing? She always faxes the search to them with her invoice.

I too am finally going to get paid. I e-mailed Ken Awes. He is having the check Fed Exed to me for Monday delivery. I will post if it does not come as promised.

I have 6 from January. Glad to hear some people are getting paid because they owe me more than $600.00
I used to look forward to getting calls from them..used to be 2 week payers.
Now I am really thinking about taking jobs from them as got burned by Lenders First Choice and I am not in the mood to get burned again.

I was told they pay from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next. I've been paid through the 15th of January after many emails. I'm now owed $280 for 1/15 to 2/15.

Chasing 4 signings from January

SLS said check will be cut Feb. 26th, NREIS said March 8th - BUT - they cut a check for a November signing on Dec. 15th and HELD IT FOR 6 WEEKS. I know because they told me and that was the date on the check when I finally got it. After I called and emailed they sent it three days later, so they are going with the squeaky wheel method.
