$75 for an E-Doc signing with fax backs. They are always good for a laugh!

Not sure who is taking these sigings...especially out here in the sticks where we are, but if we all hold our ground, they will have to start paying decent fees!!!

Sorry Jill, wishful thinking. They always find someone to get the order filled at their ridiculous fees offered. It seems everyday someone new hits the pavement in this biz and is more than willing to take the closing for experience.

So true! I just wish they would realize that if we ALL stood our ground, then they would have no choice and we would all get paid what we are worth!

Had a call from thier sister SS, Global, at about 6:30 pm my time last Fri needeing someone to download a 250 pg packet with about 50 pgs of fax backs, local about 5 miles.
Ask $225. Said they could pay $150.
Thank you but $225.
I'll try to get that approvaled.
You gesses it, NEVER called back and remember it is late Fri pm and needed to be done as soon as you could get thier.
Last one I had from Global was a10 am on a Mon. Meet my fee.
No docs at noon Sat. Tried to call Global, NO answer, a recording with thier business hours. Finally got them about 9 am Mon.
Oh! we had to re-assign this Fri as it needs to be done in an att'y office. We sent you an e-mail. I have both Att'y and Escrow offices in Weatherford I can do HELOCs and it is allowed by Texas. Most att'ys in Weatherford I know and deal with, none of them will say they did it.
DUHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

They call me for Baltimore I laugh at their fee tell them mine and they come very close. Do ya all ever haggle with them?

they were offering $45, now they say with excitement that

they pay $75 because they want the whole package faxed back to them. I quote my fee and they say they will try to get that approved.
