No Man Signings

I got a call today to do a signing in my hometown for either today or tomorrow, time open.
I asked him what the fee is and he said $1XX. I told him my base fee which was $25 higher
and he kind on winced and said sorry.
I also told him I had never heard of his company before. I even repeated back to him what he said.
Soo...I used the 'Who Called Me' feature in SC to find out who really called and it came back as...

Fairfax Signings!!

So glad I was able to turn him down!!

Fairfax contracted with several of us in Orlando for auction, NOMAD Notary paid the freight. Same people as referenced in the "famous discussion" a few Fridays back.

Glad to hear you didn't get stuck with them!

I still haven't been paid by Fairfax Signings/Integrity Escrow. As a matter of fact, one of my favorite SS offered me a signing yesterday that I turned back as soon as I noticed that it was for Integrity Escrow and that the EO was Michelle Bui. As I explained to them, morally I could not deal (put more funds in their coffers) with Fairfax Signings/Integrity Escrow/Michelle Bui/Andrew Nguyen while I have charges in pending. The SS fully understood.

I'm surprised they even offered you $1XX based on that infamous Fairfax Signings thread a few weeks ago. Good for you for doing your due diligence and finding out the real name of this company!!!
