No revised CL that means no go?

What would you do? I have a company that is giving me problems to send out a new revised CL because there was a second trip, their mistake and now they are refusing to issue another one.

If it's a good client then I wouldn't worry about it, but if it's a new-to-you company, I would insist upon a new confirm.

I once had to play hardball with a company that needed me to go out ASAP with revised docs. I refused to print the new docs until they sent the revised confirmation that included the additional print fee. I was pleasant about it, but firm. They sent it.
