I have one tomorrow and the borrower let me know that she wants me to be ON TIME, "not 5 minutes early or 5 mins late". This is her second signing, Title Co told me she's a wee bit "difficult". Pays good. Hope it's worth it.

I remmebr going to a signing once. Appointment was for noon. I rang the doorbell exactly at noon. Borrower let me in, they were eating lunch! Borrower said title company had told her notaries were never on time, so she wasn't ecpecting me!!!!

you want to hear diffIcult? Husband and wife. Just as we're getting started, I give her my disclaimer about UPL and she says, well I am and I don't see why I have to sign all these papers. Calls TC. Then I get, I don't see why I have to pay all these fees? calls lender. Why am I signing my deed for a refi, calls County Recorder. She finally looks at me and her husband and says, it doesn't do any good being a lawyer when you're signing loan Docs does it? She adds, this is wasting my time and signs the rest without talking anymore. Wasting who's time? LOL All the while her husband just sat there and smiled, his line of work? Ambulance Driver.

No Cari...I quoted them my regular refi fee plus

another 50% for the second loan...that $150 is what they said they would pay...
