Oh well

I've got 3 this afternoon. They all mapped out well too which doesn't happen that often.
Would even be home in time for dinner. I recieved all packages yesterday. Well wouldn't you know it I caught an error in one of the packages. Title docs were dated for today, Lender docs dated for tomorrow. I let them know this yesterday afternoon. So here I sit still waiting for that package. Time is a'wasting and this is going to screw up my nicely layed out schedule and some back tracking is going to be necessary. UGH!

A rookie wouldn't have caught the error. They would not have been penalized in any way. I wouldn't have been penalized if I had not caught it! They (I) would have been paid a trip fee and the closing would have rescheduled for tomorrow. And rookies don't know of a day when fees were doubled what they are now and packages were half of what they are now. Ignorance can be bliss I guess.
