Profile Updates...
Anyone noticed some unusual profile update activity? Really, more in connection to the date. I've noticed that mine seems to "update" everyday even though I haven't touched it.
I've also noticed that after looking a few other profiles, everyone updated their profiles today.

Someone mentioned this a couple weeks ago
I believe it updates every time you log in - they may have spruced up their system so profile updates coincide with logging in - maybe easier to keep track of, and eliminate, stale profiles.

That's really cool that it now automatically updates w/each login. Thanks again, Harry & staff.

Think it updates each time you log in.

I updated recently to specifically lay out my pricing..you
and Renee were my inspirations actually...your recent post about getting paid what your worth, and Renee's recent post as well, got my cuban blood pumping, so now my fees are up there, laid out, they either accept it or seek another. I updated all of my notary memberships.

Re:Cari
To me your fees are a bit confusing. Your “base” fee of $150 is what? You mean a standard e-doc (print two copies) re-fi, some travel fee? Or do you mean $150 to start…then the other stuff? How about a first and second? Just an observation.

Re: Re:Cari
Cari, you also have in your fees an e-doc fee of $25 and a print fee of $25. Your fee schedule is confusing.

Print fee not same as Edoc fee...if SS/TC forgot to include
an affidavit or some other legals, or whatever, that is what I charge (in addition to a return trip fee) this hasn't happened yet, but damn near close. I now keep a portable printer in my car, just in case.

lol - ok, once again, not THIS Renee', right?
I don't post any sort of fee schedule, and don't/never did advocate anything but negotiate, negotiate, and negotiate some more. Why tip your hand - to your competition or your clients?

I'm with ya, Renee'...
I wouldn't post my fees either; every assignment is unique as to distance, complexity, weirdness, etc
What if a company was willing to offer more that the posted fee? You'd never know!
And why give your competition a price point to undercut you?

undercutting, well that's already started....
I know what my competition is charging, and frankly, they can have those $50 refi's, 1st, 2nds, whatever. I've been doing well, so far so good.
