Question about fax backs?

I am just wondering how many of you put all the fax backs in the correct order. I have some that only have a few and it is no problem but tonight I had one that is requesting over 30 fax backs (after they told me "only a few"Wink
Just curious!
Thanks...

I put them in what order I locate them, which has nothing to do with the list of the docs they want me to pull. I check'em off as I find them, and however that is, is how they get it. Never saw anyone specify that they need faxbacks in any particular order, only the docs they want faxed.

Re: Question about fax backs?...heh

I usually use their list as a guide...I put them in the order on the list..check them off...then my fax cover sheet says "As requested, follows executed documents in accordance with your attached list"...

Re: Question about fax backs?...heh

You're a heck of a lot more efficient than I am, is all I can tell you. I don't fax big faxbacks in the order that they have the docs listed. I just make sure that the docs on the list are in my faxback.

30 is too many. they'll sit in the fax in-box until tomorow and by then they should have the originals (unless it is an evening signing). Thirty is still too many though. Ten is the most they should ever need.

Hope you charged plenty extra for all those fax backs. A dollar a pop at either Fedex or UPS Store. That's my fee too; plus the extra time involved.

I never do that many without charging extra. 30 is excessive, time consuming and should be an addtional fee.
