Did not answer phone calls or emails. I sent demand letter via registered mail and received payment $25 short pay. I am still going after the $25. Comments?

I did a signing for them only if they would put me on the HUD. They did this and paid within 5 days. They haven't called me back since then but that is the only way I will work for them. Read reviews and told them no but they put me on the HUD and got paid quick. Probably wouldn't if I did it the regular way.
