"what it's all about?"
Probably separating you from some of your money.

Re: Safedocs....isn't this one of the companies
trying to step up and cover the e-seals and e-journals no longer supported by NNA? Since they announced they no longer support these endeavors, I've received several e-mails from various companies offering these services.

I participated in the webinar today
This was an attempt to sell us a web based "digital document" service. Electronic or "digital" notarizations was a part of it, but not the whole package.
The presenter was Terry Van Bibber and he was assisted by someone named "Bill" with no last name given. I believe, based on the information provided, that this was Bill Anderson of the NNA.

Thanks for the reminder--I think someone said before that
they are a spinoff of NNA.

Re: I participated in the webinar today
I just listened in for the 2nd time and came to the same conclusion as last year.
They stated 2-3 times that they are affiliated with NNA, but go on to applaude what a great job NNA is doing with digital services.
I actually thought their software / web package is kinda cool, but question exactly who I could market this service to. I can see where some large Fortune 500 companies that could really benefit from it (say Flour, with hundreds of projects around the globe). The trouble is that the large volume corporate user's would be really dumb not to bring it in house and own the entire process instead of contracting out to me. That would leave the independant digital document service chsing much smaller volume clients.
Still holding on to my $400 or so plus $35 a month for now.
