Secured Lending Services, Pittsburgh, PA... g/b/u?

Secured Lending Services Banking Division:
290 Bilmar Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

I accepted a signing for next week... but couldn't find anything in the orange search button. Apparently they share the same database as NREIS, not a good sign. They said that their payments are processed through a completely different departments.
Does anyone have any information about this company and their payment history?

I have done several for them. They usually meet my fee. Not usually any problems. Lately payments have taken 2 months..They are on my watch list.

have been the talk of the town, so to speak....
