Heh..guess SA's fees should now be $126, $131, $151,
certainly wouldn't be to cover me - I have my own coverage - and I'm not paying into any pool to cover those notaries/SA's who don't have coverage...

Boy times are getting tough, I wonder how much volume they do vs what they make off of us by deducting $1.00? Now I've heard everything.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY - THEY SPLIT FROM CONSUMER TITLE SERVICES (DAN) AND THEY ARE NOT PAYING. I AM STILL WAITING ON PAYMENT FROM SIGNING ON 3-6-2010, AND NOW I AM GETTING BS RUN-AROUND FROM BOTH DAN AT CONSUMER, AND NO RESPONSE FROM SIGNATURE (ERIN DOSKASIL)........BEWARE

E & O or Professional Liability insurance
should be a cost of doing business for any SS. It's part of their overhead and operating costs and should not be deducted from payments made to signing agents.

Next thing you know they'll be charging us
for doing the closing for them as pro bono work. They'll try anything won't they. If they can't get anyone to do their closings they'll drop their little deduction. I guess making 50% or more off of NSA's isn't good enough anymore.
