Todaro Notary

Has anyone worked with Todaro I have been trying to get paid since November, do they eventually pay. I have left dozens of voice mail and sent as many emails. I just have a number for Andrea - does anyone have a AP number?

They are listed in Signing Central & don't have a good payment history.
Signing Central is your best friend for avoiding dead-beats.

Let me tell you it took her 3 months to pay me. What finally worked for me I called the title company to see if the closing I did for her closed. Next thing you know Andrea finally emailed me. I was tired of her stories. I hated to call title company but when you do a service for someone and they don't pay you or give you the courtesy to answer your phone calls or emails. What else do we notaries have to do to get payment.

I also called the title company and asked that they intervene on my behalf. The person who took my call actually called Andrea. I was paid almost immediately. I had been waiting more than 4 months for payment prior to contacting title. Also, I realize there is a great deal of frustration and emotion involved because of lack of payment, but I was REALLY, REALLY nice to the TC and explained that I had performed the signing in good faith and if there was anything they could do to prompt Todaro Notary, I would appreciate it.
