Todaro Notary Signing Inc

I completed a closing for this company on 12/11/2009 and have not been paid to date! I have called repeatedly and they now do not answer their phones! I received an email response back recently from Andrea stating that she had not been paid by the Title Company but that she had received word from the the title company that she was to be getting a check for some back pays that was owed her?? I have called the title company directly and they say that she was paid???? Who do you believe???

Ask the title company for a copy of the canceled check

used to pay the SS...

I would give it a little more time, like another week. Do you have their fed ex/ups account #. I would send whatever I had to send (my own personal stuff) on their dime until it totalled what they owed me. Just a thought.

that thought had occurred to me once when i wasn't paid by "confidential signatures" because i was pretty angry. it then also occurred to me that that is theft and i could get in huge trouble.....jmho

I did do that. I had exhausted all efforts. I had not been paid for 6 months. I tried to call. I left message after message; no calls back. I sent emails; no return emails. I tried the title company; no luck there. I have great relationships with almost all of my tc's and ss's. This one was one I had never heard of and they deliberately burned me. If they had been within driving distance, I would not have needed Nicky to collect for me. I would have been beating their door down.
I work way too hard to be screwed by some low-life company that intentionally robs me and takes food out of my kids' mouths. Sorry.
2008 was real eye opener for me. I don't know about any of you, but I received way too many notices of bankruptcies for too many companies, like Lenders First Choice, that owed me money and I got paid nothing for too many closings that year. I actually put me in a really bad position myself and I was scrambling to make ends meet.
I will bend over backwards to get the closing done right and on time, but I refuse to played by any company that has ill intent toward me and no intentions of paying me what I worked for.

I have contacted the PA State Attorneys Office (Notary Div) to see if they can offer any suggestions. I sent Todaro a letter giving them an ultimatim and told them I would have them investigated for fraud. With all the Notaries they haven't paid they should have a nice bank account.
