I just received the same email. I responded back with a Thank you, but No Thank you. They offer $85 for a refi with e docs, $60 for a Heloc, $120 for a 1st and 2nd with edocs, $125 for a Reverse and $40 for a Mod. I responded that these are low ball fess and they will get what they pay for. They also consider us "Licensed". One question asks how long have you had your notary license. They also want our notary license number. We are commissioned, not licensed.

I haven't received the e-mail (and that's fine)
but has anyone done a search on the company to find out who the principals are? It appears they're new - would be curious to know...

Hmm e-mail came from a Virgina Lemley: Wonder if this is the same one:

Also the e-mail address was [e-mail address] - which is a provider of IT services.

PS:
Also in her e-mail she has "Transition Manager" under her name. Is LandAmerica transitioning to UST Global Signing Service????
Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

The name Virginia Lemley sounds very familiar, Linda
I did a search and couldn't find anything on her, though. I think I noticed in the list of their pathetic fees that they offer the option of refusing and then putting in your own fee. If you don't have a lot of competition in the areas you cover, you might fill in your fees and see what happens. They'll probably have tons of knucklehead notaries who will sign up for their fees though. The thing that ticked me off right away was the form asking for our birthdate and gender. What's that about? Then the "licensing" stuff. Really bad. And the checklist at the end requested a resume. For an $85 e-doc signing they want a resume??? Oh, and they included instructions on how to dress for a signing. Pleeeeze. Shows pretty much they're looking for the lowest common denominator.
Actually I wonder if they've bought out/took over somebody .... like the failing NREIS... it seems to me that the last thing this industry needs is another "nationwide signing service"- esp. out of Pittsburgh, PA. Where, coincidentally, NREIS is located ... but who knows?

Re: found their business license in pennsylvania....
That is for UST Global the IT firm. Used to be US Technology Resources. According to Wikipedia UST Global is a private company that operates as a subsidiary of The Comcraft Group.
It is confusing because UST Global Signing Service is using UST for their mail. .

very lowball, they want to get rich very soon, they probably charge the title companies 2 or 3 times what they offer

I just got a job from them scheduled for tonight. They quoted me the $85 and I told them my usual price. They called me back within an hour and accepted it. Of course, I'm in a relatively rural area, and one of the few notaries doing signings in my end of the county, so I have a bit more leverage than some. I'll update later on how fast they pay.
