What's going on with No-Shows this

week? I was contacted three times to replace those notaries that didn't bother to show up nor call. Needless to say, it really frustrated the BOs. Is there something going on that I may have missed? Please enlighten me...

It could be the docs weren't ready in time, signing was canceled, and the first notary is blamed for all the problems.

I am just frustrated with the companies that call for signings, then they call on the day of the closing after I turn down other closings, and tell me they are canceled. I ended up with only two closings this week. This is the slowest February for me since 2004. I am almost in panic mode!!!! I sincerely hope the engine starts moving again! In the meantime I am marketing like a mad woman!

Actually, one of notaries wanted

to delay the appointment by a few hours. While the other two, just didn't show up. When BOs called to find out what was going, the notary stated that the appointment had been cancelled.
