My name is Fred Simab and I'm the President of Pacific Document Signing, Inc. located in Los Angeles, California.
Some of the notaries, who are members of Notary Rotary, are confusing us with Pacific Document Services located in Brentwood, California. Due to this confusion, they have been posting negative comments about our company on our Notary Rotary profile.

Your posting might be better served if you contacted NotRot directly and ask them to migrate the incorrect post to the proper one. That would resolve your problem. IMO

I did 5 signings for Pacific Document Signing last year and for each signing I got paid within 3 weeks. Poor Fred!!!!

Mr. President,

I normally get paid within reason from PacDocSign. However, I still have 3 closings from DECEMBER that I have not been paid for. I have been dealing with Emelie and she told me they paid another notary for a closing I did and they are trying to research it. This has been going on for over a month and a half. I talked to her on Monday and she assured me that a check was sent out to me on Friday March 5th. I still have not received it. I emailed her yesterday and told her that I have a closing today for your company at 1PM EST. I informed her twice this week, once on Monday, and again yesterday, that I will not complete this signing today if I do not have my payments from December.

I have never really had a problem with your company until now. But, like I said, this has been going on for quite some time now. And, it is not my problem that someone paid another notary for a closing that I completed.

Again, these closings are from December and it is now going into the end of March...........

What can you do before 1PM EST today?
