Do you any one have problems with adobe acrobat professional 9 windows, choosing paper source by PDF size. I have a Kyocera C2525E dual tray

With my HP's 4350 and a 4250, I found the 4250 did not have enough RAM to duplex both sizes. I'm not sure if your brand of printer works the same. Check your manual to see if you need more ram to support that feature. My adobe pro 9 worked flawlessly once I added the RAM to the 4250.

I had a problem like that this week, except it turned out that the client's scanner somehow had scanned some pages at 8 1/2" by 12.99". My poor printer was completely confused, asking me to put paper into tray 1 (the manual tray) or to specify a different tray. I ended up printing almost everything on legal. Had nothing to do with Adobe or my printer. Go figure!

In that case, choose Advanced, and click "print

as image".

Takes longer, but understands the concept.

Thanks, Susan! BTW, it appears I have my HP2430dtn working pretty well. I called the company I bought it from on eBay and without going through any automated attendant, I got directly to a very knowledgeable, helpful person, with a nice attitude, a sense of humor and an accent that I had no problem understanding. Imagine that!!! [BTW, if anyone is looking for a great deal on a refurbished, fast, dual tray printer, pm me...]

This guy told me I might be better off not loading too many printer drivers. Which ones do you use on your 2430? Does it make a difference for the "image" printing?
