we didn't properly disclose fees to our borrower and need you to cut your fees as much as possible so we don't have to pay for the increase.

i'm so frustrated with being asked to reduce my fees because they can't pick up the phone and get an accurate quote! it's laziness.
if i'm going only going to get a portion of my normal fee, i'm only going to do a portion of my normal work.

Just love your response. You could have also said,

"sure, if you split your fee with me". hahahahehehe
Most of the loans I'm seeing these days are brokered loans, and we all know they make thousands!
Same old greedy guys at the top that want it all for themselves.
