They just paid me on a bunch of them on Friday that were kind of stale. The checks cleared. I did get a call for them today and they offered me much lower than usual, then I saw that it also says Lender Vend, not NREIS. I'm thinking about sending it back on the grounds that they misrepresented themselves.

I asked someone at NERIS about the Lender Vend relationship today--they said Lender Vend is a sister company and in the same building, NREIS handles their scheduling. They're aware of slow payments and working to speed things up.
