turpin signing service or premium title group

Hello Friends, I just turned down some work from this company because they weren't listed on notary rotary . please help if anyone has heard from these said companies.

If it's Darryl Turpin, he's listed in Signing Central under "D" for Darryl. Also can find him on search using "Turpin".

If I have a new company call me and there is nothing on NR about them, I'm going to assume that it's because nobody has had any problems with them, so there's no reason to decline the signing. We're pretty good about exposing the deadbeats here.
