If your talking about Notarize247 in Lake Forest I have been working with them for a couple of years and I have always gotten paid on time. They dont make you wait 30days to cut you checks either. I get some within 1 week of the signing.

Re: Anyone been paid by 24/7 lately?

From what I've seen....the moniker 24/7 is very nearly how long it takes to get paid.

Did one middle of January last year and it took until the latter part of July to get paid..almost

24 weeks and 7 days..plus it took a little badgering as well.

They do pay..........e v n t u a l l y.

Assuming you are referring to 24/7 NNN. I have one still outstanding that is now over 90 days.
I always have to call & call & call. I'm done with them.

Re: Anyone been paid by 24/7 lately?

I have worked for them for years and they have always paid 60-90 days which is OK with me. However, they now owe me for one done in July and that is too long. I just wrote them a collection letter, lets see if that works. I suspect they are having financial difficulty---will not work for them again unless my past due invoices get paid. Good luck with theirs.

Wow, what stellar business sense you have

You find 90 days payment acceptable and you'll work for the company again if they pay your 6 month old invoice, even though you suspect they're having financial difficulties? Do they make you supply your own lube when they bend you over, or are they at least nice enough to provide it for you?

Nice people but extremely slow when it comes to payment. Did a closing for them in April 2009 and it took nearly 3 months before I received payment. Then they had the nerve to pay only partially. I had to call and remind them about the balance.

Work with them at your own risk.

Re: Anyone been paid by 24/7 lately?

After 5 months of non-payment and several demand letters, emails and phone calls. I took them to small claims. As soon as papers were served, I started receiving checks; all in small amounts, dated same date, and in check number sequence. By the time court date came, i was still owed money; along with court fees, costs and interest. Tracy, the owner did not show up to court; she sent her accountant, David. He questioned the balance, and then pulled out a blank check and paid me the balance. Judge asked if I was paid with cashiers check; i said no, he said we'll extend the hearing for another two months to make sure checks clear. Checks cleared; but it took having to take them to court to pay. You've been warned...24/7 nnn signings at your own risk!!
