Call Jason Rettinger in Vendor Maintainance at 877-297-5619. They are apparently having accounting issues. I have one due from 11/24/09.

I love working for NREIS but am also having payment trouble. got an email address today for Diane and she's going to look into a dozen or so past-due invoices that I have with them.

I just now accepted an assignment from them ... before reading this post. Have never had a problem with them in the past ... hopefully, not this time either.

I hope this goes ok for you John, but are we starting to see another sign that we may not want to see? This is not the first complaint about them recently. See #312520 & 312621 & 314080.

It seems they had a similar problem 5 or 6 years ago. It finally got resolved. They and FISERV were always companies you can count on. FISERV is still great. They pay very promptly. What I really like is that we can track the packages on their website so that we always know the status!

They seem to be taking longer than in the past. I just received a check for a modification I did on Nov. 20. I really wasn't worried but was getting ready to follow up when the check came.

My last payment was running just past 30 days and there seemed to be some confusion in accounting. They ended up sending the payment via FEDEX to me. I have worked with them for many many years and I am concerned about the change in quality with them lately. I will still work for them as I do like working with them, but I will be more diligent than I had to be before to make sure I am paid on time. I hope they will be ok. They are good people to work for.

I emailed NREIS on mon. (I recieved a quick response) looking for payment on 3 closings for them in Nov 09 and received payment for 2 today, I was told the 3rd check should be here anyday. We will see..If I don't receive it I will post response. Good Luck!

Received payment today for job done 11/13
Check was dated 11/24 but envelope was marked 1/4/10 Still waiting for payment on job done 11/24. Can't talk to human only able to talk to voicemail.
Used to be such quick payers too

check was from NREIS accounts payable account
envelope return address was "ERES"..Equity Real Estate Solutions..100 Beecham Dr.
Pittsburgh.....must be an NREIS subsidiary.

They are down the street from each other in the same office park. ERES is in brand new building. Their web presence is very slight.

I had inquired about payment for a signing I did Nov. 10 and received this email.
Please advise: Per Geri Csonka, all payments for 11.30 were mailed on 01.04.10 (see email below). All payments included in the pay cycle of 12.15 and 12.30 are still being looked into by the accounting department.
