Bi-Lingual Notary Network??

anyone heard of them? I got a call for a loan modification for them today (not one with upfront fees). Borrower already has all the documents. I didn't see anything on
Signing Central.

I did one for them early this month - have not received payment yet.

Yes, the B had the docs. It was two copies of the loan mod. Both get signed and notarized, both get sent back. Once sent back, the lender will sign and notarize on their end, and then send one copy back to the borrower. Very easy assignment - looking for my $$ to arrive any time now.

I have no experience with them. However, here's their website:

http://www.bnnservices.com

Read the independent contractor agreement for the pay schedule.

Good luck. Hope they turn out to be one of the good guys!

thanks so much everyone. I appreciate all the support from this forum.
I am bilingual, but I don't speak Spanish. I speak German (not that I've ever used it for a loan signing - especially not in Calif.!).
I have had to decline a number of signings because I don't speak Spanish. I've thought of taking a course, maybe Rosetta Stone. I like languages and learn quickly, but it still takes quite awhile to be able to speak at the level needed for a loan signing. sigh.

*** UPDATE FOR COPPERHEAD ***

Bi-Lingual Notary Network states in its paperwork that payment "goes out within 30 days of the assignment". However, that was not the case with me. Payment was received at 48 days.

I've done two for them in the last month; received payment for the one done on December 30th today. If this is their MO...I hope they call me everyday!! I love to see people who are getting their modifications AND the fee for these signings doesn't hurt my feelings at all.
