Bizzy

Well, took a day off New Years' Eve Day. My phone rang off the hook, but I was trying to remain calm and relaxed as my friend was arriving in Santa Barbara for the weekend. I didn't want to be exasperated for his arrival. Had a great four days of relaxation at the hot springs up north, massage, great meals, soaking away the stresses of 2008-2009 roller coaster biz. As soon as January 4th rolled up, I rolled up my sleeves. Today's my birthday and I don't see a window of time to celebrate it today, I'm busier than a one armed paper hanger. Off to town to start signing at 9am, then every hour all day long. It's raining good here. Can't complain about that either. Supposed to get El Nino levels of rainfall this coming week. After all the fires we've had it's both a blessing and a curse. Sandbags all over the place to keep the hillsides from sliding into homes. After all the fire storms this year, many homeowners found themselves in flood control zones and got hit with huge insurance premiums they didn't have before.

Yet, I feel blessed. I hope you're all having a great day out there in the trenches. All the best for a fabulous, awesome 2010. Stay healthy and positive, I am praying for a great year ahead.
