Blackberry Storm I
I've been using this phone for about one year and have been happy with it. Yesterday all that changed. The phone flashed a message saying "memory full" and then it "clocked" pretty much for the rest of the day. This affected my ability to place and receive phone calls. I was too busy to spend a lot of time with the phone until late last night when I plugged it into my computer and made sure the phone was updated/upgraded/yada yada. By the way I had not downloaded any new programs/music or anything to the phone lately.
This morning I learned that having too many emails sitting in the inbox and too email facebook notifications sitting in the facebook program drains memory. I found this out by sitting down and emptying out these two things. Low and behold.....no more "clocking". BTW I had 25 facebook notifications & 160 read emails being held in limbo.
I think that was the problem. If it happens again I'll Verizon or consider getting another phone. Just thought this info might help someone else.

I also have the Storm, Michelle. By habit, I delete emails, etc., almost immediately. I do the same with my computer. Thanks for the alert about memory issues. These are mini-computers, after all, with limited memory.
