Express Financial/Received a check

Today I received a check for $25.06 for the $140 owed for a closing. Honestly I didn't think I would ever see a penny so that will pay for a half tank of gas.

I just finished reading the comments and forum discussion about this SS....What a horror story. I was able to see some similarities in the operation of some of our current SS discussed here. Thanks for the post.

They use 'interesting' math...

I, too, got my check today for the 1 signing they owed me. Said it was being paid at the rate of 2.10% of what was owed. Actually, figured out to 1.79%.
