Fairhill Group - San Diego! Great company...

I wanted to give them some recognition for paying a very fair price and paying within 10 days consistently. I have been handling at least 3 assignments a month since June and I would definitely recommend them...

Why not list them in Signing Central with your comments. That way more notaries would see them.

<<<.....for paying a very fair price.....>>>

Please clarify: Do they meet YOUR fee or do you just accept whatever they offer and consider whatever they offer as a "fair price"?

What difference does it make if he accepts their offer or they accept his? In his opinion it's a fair fee. Period.

The sky is blue.

I didn't ask you, I asked him. If you have nothing of value to add - save your snotty comment for your spouse.

Double standard maybe?

So I should reserve my snooty comments but it's okay for you to blast any body who posts on this site? If I had the time or desire to review all your posts I would dare say that 99% of your comments are negative and combative and rarely contribute anything constructive. And I always enjoy your overuse of the Caps Lock button.

Excuse me? Oh, so you feel blasted, huh? Actually, you're pissed off and your feelings are hurt that most expressed that you overstepped your bounderaries, sticking your nose where it shouldn't have been. And since you don't like me, I'm just a convenient target for you to lash out at to express your hurt and anger.

I stick to the issues and answer the questions. I responded to your post in the same manner and with a similar content as all of the others. There were no blasts, no insults, nothing disrespectful. You're too caught up in disliking the messenger that you can't even see the message and instead of addressing the issue, you reply with immature, junior high school nonsense.

<<<And I always enjoy your overuse of the Caps Lock button.>>>

Overuse of cap locks? Certain words are typed in cap for EMPHASIS - no edit button to make words bold, change colors or italicize.

<<<I would dare say that 99% of your comments are negative and combative and rarely contribute anything constructive. >>>

You're delusional and quite immature. Grow up and put on your big girl panties. This is a professional forum for adults - not children. Your behavior is FAR from professional and very childish. The more you post nonsense and don't respond to ISSUES, the sillier you look.

I think he needs to get out of knickers.

He really is not the life of the party.

The only thing you've proven is that you will hijack a thread and give snotty comments when you don't like a messenger. I see now - you feel blasted when someone just disagrees with you. When you don't get what you want to hear, the responders contributions - 99% - are worthless (in your eyes). Okay....got it.

Thank YOU.....and have a nice day!

lol...U r right LKT, that sounded very offensive.

IMO LKT makes a valid point. What is a standard Fair Fee to this person?

I received a confirm yesterday from ANOTHER COMPANY with the incorrect fee. They put $65. It was well under the amount we agree'd upon. No problem, I called and they fixed it. What that means to me is that this must be a "standard fee" and that people are accepting this fee.

Maybe I'm wrong, but wouldn't that mean that someone considers that a "fair fee"? Maybe we can make that a topic for the forum. What do people consider a "fair fee?" I see it referred to all the time here in the forum.

In fact, it's probably already been discussed, but it serves us all if we readdress it periodically. Afterall, times are a changing...higher fuel costs, paper costs...everything really.

If we all can stick to our guns and work together, we will be able to regain the respect we deserve and get our pay back up where it SHOULD be.

Have to agree with you Diva - sometimes it appears that fair fee is IF someone pays quickly. What kind of criteria is that? Pay me $50 fast or $125 reasonably fast. I can be reasonable.
