Fla. Notary Email Education up and runnin

Don't know if any other Florida notaries received today a new issue of "Notary E-mail Education" from the office of the Governor. I don't know how they got my e-mail address but I signed up for it when I first got my commission, and I believe this is the first e-mail I've ever gotten. Not that they actually gave me any information that is useful to me (it explained how to change your address with the SOS, change your name, etc.), but it is a step in the right direction. It is nice to see that the Florida SOS is putting some effort into notary education!

The email educational newsletters have been around for years here in FL. Unfortunately, the information isn't any more detailed than what is found in the notary manual. You can see the 'back' issues at http://www.flgov.com/email_education
