How is January looking so far
How is January looking for you? If I can just get one call, I would feel like I am back in the game. LOL

Super slow here.
My first appointment for 2010 will be next Monday. But, I did have an incredible EOM/EOY. Busy, busy, busy. I don't mind a few weeks R-N-R

Extremely slow here for me. I have had a couple of really low balls and ended up taking one okay pay so far. Sure wish things would pick up but I REFUSE to work for $40-$50 dollars. I got that much back in the day when I was brand new TEN years ago.

The month started out busy, but has slowed, so we will see what EOM bring.

Historically, early through mid January has always been slow for me so I'm not sweating it. I have 2 tomorrow.

Best way to get increased busines . . go on vacation. Spent the holidays in FL, getting back just this past weekend, and cell phone and home phone voicemails out the wazzoo for signings for while I was gone! Now will probably sit here.

Slow in my area also.
Have had several low-ball offers, which I've passed on. Had one Tuesday and another tomorrow. Even at this rate, can't see accepting those low figures.

another one scheduled for tonight.
Had to turn another for either today or tomorrow due to low fee.
Maybe things are finally picking up. We can only hope and pray and, I do ....
Hope everyone else is getting calls too.

Re: Nothing but $50 offers 25+ miles away with <2 hours notice.
First one for Jan set for tomorrow. Originally was a low ball offer. Quoted my fee and told them I wouldn't do it for less. They agreed even though this one is only bout 5 miles from me.
Not too worried, Jan is almost always slow around here.

Slow here in Oregon as well, I spoke with a few LO recently and they've said it's the worse month they've had in over a year. Looking forward to more business next month!!
