I LOVE Quicken Loans

Almost never over 100 pages. No matter who contacts you to close them, there is no hand holding, and no BS. No faxbacks, small loan package, docs have been there early for me each time. I think if it's Quicken, quickly take it, after negotiating your fee.

The one I had today I was offered $75 for one in a dairy barn with a about a 55 mile round trip. I don't do ANY closing for $75 with edocs, and quoted $150. It was in a town that I went to high school at, and it was a Quicken loan, and accepted $125. I was actually going to go to a meeting on the way back from that town in another town that I was raised up in, but didn't do that. Shoulda probably, but just wasn't in the mood for that after the closing. These are good loans to close, if you can get a decent fee. I've done them for quite a few SSs. The lender docs are pretty clean, but the other 10 -12 pages you get, you will have to scratch out the county as I think of once it was ever right. Very nice loans to close.

I agree completely! It blows me away that they can do a package at 86 pages and other places are needing 140.

very true, only 60-65 pages here, they are quick. Just wish JMT (my only quicken source) paid a bit better and quicker.

I live Quickens from JMT because the docs are delivered to the borrowers so they already know what they are signing. Everything is dated correctly, there are never any questions. So I don't mind the $50 they pay. I'm in and out in less than 1/2 hour. I've never had a problem from them. Plus, I live 30 minutes from JMT. I know where to find them!!

The few times I was offered a Quicken loan

I was never offered more then $50 for them - which IMO is not really worth it.
