Re: My apologies to Dynamic Field Solutions!
It looks to me Jack like you got caught in a bit of situation and it turned messy. Dynamic used to send me a lot of work but I havent seen much lately. They pay around 30 days out, but they do pay and have never made me ask for my money...

Re: My apologies to Dynamic Field Solutions!
I worked for this company last year and had a re-sign for the same borrower and got paid for both signings. I would like to hear from them again.

Re: My apologies to Dynamic Field Solutions!
One of those negative comments was from me. I still have not been paid for a closing I did for them way back in April 08. After numerous attempts, faxing, emailing, certified letters, I still have not been paid. They are on my blacklist. I will never work for them again. Glad you got paid though.

Re: My apologies to Dynamic Field Solutions!
In my opinion, Dynamic Field Solutions has one of the WORST payment reputations within this industry. One only has to do a search on this chat board as well as others to find this out. Are all these notaries in different states lying??? I have no idea why a select few are paid in a timely manner when most others seem to be left flailing in the wind. When I first heard that Cogent (who has had its own timely payment issues) had contracted with DFS to secure notaries for their signings, I was left scratching my head. I thought Cogent has learned its lesson when it severed its relationship with Coversign due to all the notaries calling Cogent complaining that Coversign had not paid them.
DFS has emailed me numerous times offering jobs. In the beginning I used to tell them that their poor payment reputation prevented me from accepting. They responded by saying that they didn't think there were that many complaints, and so I e-mailed them a copy/paste of the numerous non-pay comments on NotRot's Signing Central at the time. They gave me some sort of flip answer that gave me the impression that they could care less about the notaries that have been left unpaid.
I will never work for DFS and will never work for Cogent. Too much bad press when compared to the very few favorable comments. Also, the attitude displayed in our email exchange tells me that this is a company that I choose not to do business with.
