New HUD

Good Morning, I would like to let everyone know..

I received a closing package this morning and it does contain the new HUD. I like it..Outlines loan terms etc very clearly. There is a signature line on page 1 and again on page 4 & 5! I does not seem to be that much different, it should be easy for us to adapt to.

Just heard that HUD has (as of 1-1-10) removed the 1% origination fee cap on FHA loans….good news for our LO friends.
