Forgive me for posting this here, but I know a lot of you whose input I appreciate do not read the Leisure forum.

I am looking for the best online place to buy the SDHC memory cards for digital cameras, and a lot of you guys (and gals) seem to know the best places for techie things online.

Without knowing the capacity you are looking for, it's hard to comparison shop. However, if I knew the size (typically 1gb to 64gb), I would look at the following websites: Newegg (but take into account the shipping expense and how they'll handle sales tax), Microcenter, Beach Camera, Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy and Office Depot. I'm sure there are others, but I've bought from the ones listed without any problems.

If I was just buying one 4gb hdsc card, the cheapest for me would be at the local Walmart considering tax and shipping costs. But, the cost goes up with capacity.

I did get a package of 2 4G (PNY brand) for around $26 at WalMart. I was wondering if they were cheaper any place else that was reliable. I would like an 8G or a 16G for the best price.

Walmart or Walgreens...I find that these places not only to

be...um, 'cheap', BUT, they're just as decent as the 'expensive store' ones...but it depends on what r u looking for in your memory cards....

The code was not valid for the memory card. It also stated Promotion Code unavailable.
Could be because it is already discounted, or that even though it is not the 25th until tomorrow maybe they are working as to tomorrows date.
But it is still cheaper than the one at Amazon, so I ordered one and will cancel the order with Amazon.

No idea why it didn't work for me either. But I am happy with the price - and I got an e-mail this morning that it had been shipped.
I tried to cancel the Amazon order and they said that it was in process of being shipped so couldn't cancel. Oh well, can always use 2

I did order the Class 10 - but the Class 6 also said promotional code not available.
