That is cool! So many times I post something only to find that I made some dumb misspelling of a simple word. Thanks John.

You're welcome!

The older I get the more my mind seems to go faster than my fingers, especially in the winter. I just ran across that today, and it seemed like a pretty neat deal. Probably won't use it ever for short posts, but when I get a little windy, which I sometimes get, I might run it through there. Nice, clean, posts makes one look more intelligent, whether they are or not. I need all the help I can get. LOL

Reformed spelling nazi here...

I've caved. I'm no longer all that concerned about the perfection of the online post. The world has beat me down.

I prefer to spell correctly and to use the right word (i.e., whose, who's or their, they're, there) but the mediocrity of the online world around me has seeped in. When I'm on this forum I do my best, but I no longer have a seething compulsion to correct every spelling error I make. Wasn't so just two years ago.

It would probably terrify me if I added up all the words I write each day. I do my best to write well in my email correspondence at work, but a zinger gets past us all every now and then.

Spell checkers have also ruined my ability to spell simple words like accidentally, publicly and others. "Knowledgeable" is the bane of my existence. I depend way too much on the checker. Okay...I've admitted it. And, I'll also admit that I have the spell checking device on my computer right now but that doesn't mean that my questionable eyesight won't miss the little red line.

When I make a spelling error in the Subject line! Hit that post button and as soon as it pops up you go GEEEEEEZ, how in hell did I do that? LOL

Already built in if you use FireFox

But, it you insist on using Internet Exploder, IEspell will certainly work. (Used it before Mozilla incorporated spell check into their browser.)

No, John, but I certainly wish I did! Mind says one thing, but fingers do the talking they way they see fit. <g>
