Pier National Notary
Has anyone had trouble collecting fees from this signing service? I've not been paid for a signing I did in mid 2009

They are not paying. They owe us from October and their comment is they are having financial troubles. But this hasn't stopped them from recruiting new mobile notaries

Had a nightmare getting paid. I have heard they are having issues with the IRS. Lots of info in signing central though. Always look there first. I did get paid finally after contacting title, but that was in July. I think things have deteriorated since then. Good luck!!

I contacted title and have proof that Pier National was paid for my signing last October. Anyone that takes a signing from them should have their head examined.

I did several signings fcr them from late 2009 and still haven't been paid. Called Better Business Bureau and they have an "F" rating. MANY notaries been burned by them. Suing in small claims may be worthless since you still have to collect the money. I'm filing a complaint with Secretary of State, California and District Attorney for Irvine, CA - they continue to run business and don't pay their notaries. Seems like fraud to me. These kinds of businesses should be shut down - we work hard for our money and provide a good service. They are hurting people and lining their own pockets. Think about filing a complaint.
